Three days in Grand Cayman recently gave me an opportunity for some travel photography and to visit some very good friends who I have not seen for a few years. This was my first visit to Grand Cayman and although better developed than most of the Caribbean Islands it does have a poorer side. The numerous chickens running around the island, including the airport, either let it down or add to it's charm depending on your point of view.

On my first evening on the Island I was able to take my camera to Seven Mile Beach about half an hour before sunset. At one point a tourist Spanish Galleon appeared which was a bonus and the sky added some great definition to the scene.

On my last day I made my way to Rum Point on the North side of the Island. Time was short and it was not the best time of the day for making photographs but I bagged a few that I am happy to display here, including some iPhone shots edited in Snapseed using their HDR tools.
