The Boathouse, Bath

This will be a short blog this month as another hectic few weeks has seen us move back to the UK from the United States which will be our last overseas posting, We are now adjusting to life back in the UK although my work will continue to involve some overseas travel which I hope will provide some interesting opportunities for this blog.

The photographs this month are a fairly disparate bunch. The following photograph is shot I like of our granddaughter who was busy tattooing herself with stickers and trying to apply nail varnish. My iMac is still in our heavy baggage so these shots were made on my Nikon D800 with the 70-200 f2.8 and edited on the iPad using Snapseed.

Our daughter and her family live in Bristol so this next shot and the one at the top of the page were taken at The Boathouse near the Glouscester/Somerset border on the river Avon close to Bath.
