Back in Bengaluru and Delhi - August 2018

India's National Day

August brought with it a step change in my travel commitments with return trips to Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore) and a four day visit to Delhi towards the end of the month. I spent two nights at the JW Marriott in Bengaluru and 3 nights at the ITC Maurya in Delhi.

Straight into work off the overnight British Airways flight from London to Bengaluru is a challenge to say the least, as is leaving the hotel at 0330 for the return leg, both equally unsociable! These are both short trips so I am travelling light which in camera terms means my old Nikon P7000 and my iPhone 6S+. I am travelling with a colleague on both the Bengaluru and Delhi trips so as is normally the case time for any photography is limited, but I did manage an hour on my last afternoon in Bengaluru and grabbed a couple of iPhone shots in Delhi.
