Walstead to Lindfield Loop - October 2020

October was an unusual month for me as I retired from work after 36 years with my final employer and after a total of 47 years of continuous employment since leaving full time education. For the last few months I have been predominately working from home due to the Covid 19 pandemic, so it was a fairly easy transition in so much as I was spared handing in my pass and leaving the office for the final time on my last day.

October was busy preparing for retirement at the end of the month so I was limited to a 90 minute walk from our house in Haywards Heath towards Walstead, into Lindfield and then back home. Next month I was hoping to be able to get out a bit more but with the impending lockdown opportunities may be limited.

The shots here are not very exciting but are the best of the bunch. These were all taken one my Sony A6500 and edited in Lightroom Classic.
